Hello Farmers, with our farms launched on Arbitrum One it’s time to present our roadmap. We’ll give a brief overview of each piece of the roadmap so you can get a feel for where we’re heading.
Please note that we won’t commit to release order, dates or promise that our plans won’t change as we value our ability to remain agile. We also like to avoid firm dates that might disappoint our farmers if unforeseen delays occur.
There’s a lot to run through, but let’s start with what’s in progress, and what’s coming up next & finally what’s complete:

Complete
Launched Farmland on Ethereum Mainnet
- LAND was fairly launched with the Australian Tranche Liquidity Farming event, distributing the first LAND tokens to our farmer pioneers. We also enabled CORN farming and composting, setting the foundation for the Farmland economy.
Launched Land on Arbitrum One
- Farmers were able to bridge their Land to L2 and take advantage of instant transactions and cheaper fees. We’ve also ran several community building campaigns dropping Land to new farmers.
Rewards for Liquidity Farming for LAND-ETH
- We inaugurated the launch on Arbitrum One with an accelerated short-term incentive program to bootstrap liquidity for the LAND-ETH pair & distribute LAND from the South American Tranche to early farmers.
Launch Corn Farming on Arbitrum One
- Corn farming is now available on Arbitrum One .. you can allocate Farmland, grow CORN, compost it, provide liquidity for rewards, or sell it! Find out more.
Farmland Citizens
- You can now mint the Farmland Citizen NFTs and employ them in different roles, such as the Miner, Explorer, and Farmer. For now, only the Farmer role is available, which will increase crop yields and enable additional functionalities for Farms. Find out more.
Moonshine Saloon
- When farmers want to take a break from farming, they can head to the Moonshine Saloon. Here, they can kick back relax and take part in one of our mini games; Harvest Lotto, Chicken Feed & the Super Draw! Find out more.

Mercenaries
It’s always been our intention to enable players to engage in Farmland in different ways. We also want to lower the barrier to entry, so we’re introducing the ability for players to recruit low cost (or gas only) Mercenaries.
Whilst the new Mercenaries won’t have Citizen status, they will however be able to participate in quests and other activities as Explorers, Miners & Bootleggers. They will still receive stats but on average they’ll be lower than Citizens, but players will have the opportunity to increase these stats over time. Find out more.

- Packs will be available to help the Citizens & Mercenaries on their Scavenger Hunt. Find out more.
Scavenger Hunt
- Citizens & Mercenaries become Explorers, travelling the wilderness, using their unique abilities in search of raw materials and other loot. Will they be lucky enough to find new LAND for their farms. Find out more.
The Still
- Citizens & Mercenaries become Bootleggers, setting up their distilleries to brew Moonshine. Find out more.
The Mine
- Citizens & Mercenaries become Miners, taking their search below ground looking for precious metals and other materials. Find out more.

- Citizens & Mercenaries become Quarry workers, enabling them to focus their search on stones & rocks. Find out more.
The Dark Forest
- Citizens & Mercenaries start to explore the forests of Farmland, this is a specialist quest that allows players to focus on uncovering items that can only be found in the forest. Find out more.
