As we mentioned in our recent AMA, we partnered with Datamine and they’ve delivered! Now we all have access to their fantastic Analytics platform.
Farmland Analytics is available in the Datamine Pro Analytics portal.
Core Metrics
This opens up a wealth of metrics which enables all farmers gain greater insight into the Farmland economy.
These are all live metrics and our farmers can now pick out some interesting insights, such as, how the vast majority of harvested $Corn has been composted.
Our farmers are clearly very happy to burn their $Corn to help increase their farms productivity boost. With 91% of all $Corn being composted, this has seen the $Corn inflation rate reduce from over 4000% to around 226%. We’d expect to see this number reduce further as we come out of slow mo mode and more farms come online.
You’ll also be able to keep track of the growth in farms over time, how much $Land has been allocated to farms and how much $Corn liquidity we have on Uniswap (spoiler alert — not much, yet!).
Farms
On the Addresses page, farmers can see details of all the farms in the game, how large they are & how much $Corn has been harvested and composted.
Farmers can sort the farms by a number of different variables.
Farmers can double click on an address and you get a detailed breakdown of the farm at that address.
This will help our farmer get an understanding of how their fellow farmers are playing the game. Farmer may pick up some new strategies as they start to absorb the data available.
Transactions
It starts to get interesting when farmers start analyzing each others individual transaction. They can see who’s harvesting/composting and how frequently.
Farmers can also filter the transactions and focus in on exactly what they want to see.
Timeline
On the Timeline page, farmers get to deep dive into some of the core metrics. Here we’ve focused on the $Corn Composting. Farmers can see the daily stats and then a daily breakdown on the table below.
They can also filter on the timelines they’re specifically interested. Here’s the list of options they have to choose from.
Averages
Finally, farmers get to see how much they are harvesting & composting on a rolling daily average. They’ll also get an understanding of how their composting productivity boost decays over time.
