Howdy, partner! Are you tired of dodging the law while trying to get your hands on some good old-fashioned Moonshine?

Well, have no fear because ‘The Still’ is here!

With our new distillery expansion, you can now produce and sell your own Moonshine right here in the heart of Farmland.

Your Mercenaries turn bootlegger, as they setup their own distillery to brew their very own Moonshine. You’ll need the following to make a start:

  • Be able to choose how many batches of moonshine they would like to attempt to brew in a single transaction.
  • Require Corn as the key ingredient for the Moonshine as sustenance to keep them going.

Operating the Still is a dangerous business, sometimes there will be accidents and mean that a batch of Moonshine goes to waste. It also will take a toll on your Bootleggers Health … after a brewing up a number of bottles, they’ll need to take a break in order to recover their health. The alternative is to take a short cut & use a potion, meat or eggs.

As usual, activities will be different for each Bootlegger, as their stats determine various elements of their experience. Here’s a little more detail about how their stats impact operating the distillery.

Speed

Firstly, a Bootleggers speed determines the amount of time it takes to brew each batch. It also determines how long it takes to recover a Bootleggers health when resting, after a batch is complete.

Stamina

Stamina determines the number of consecutive batches a Bootlegger can brew in a single transaction, the higher the stamina the more quests.

Morale

When operating the distillery, the Bootlegger’s Morale doesn’t reduce as they can always sample goods, to keep their spirits high. But, Morale is still a critical stat for a Bootlegger to consider, whilst their Morale is low it reduces the likelihood that they will produce a successful batch. So make sure that their Morale is at max level at all times.

Health

To begin a new batch of Moonshine, it’s necessary for a Bootlegger to have sufficient health to complete the batch as their health deteriorates. Once the quest has been completed, the Bootleggers health will start to replenish (how quickly, is based on their Speed).

If the Bootlegger doesn’t have enough health to complete a batch, they’ll need to rest until their health is sufficiently replenished. Alternatively, the player will need to acquire an item such as a potion, meat or eggs, which will allow them to increase their health.

XP, Levels & Stat Boosts

In order to operate your own Still, your Bootlegger needs to be at Level 5 or above.

As a bootlegging is a more hazardous endeavour, the XP awarded will be higher. This allows your Mercenary to level up more quickly & increase their stats with additional boosts.

Bootlegging Rewards

Up to now, the only way to acquire Moonshine has been through packs.

Bootlegging provides players with the opportunity to produce their own Moonshine, either for their own use or to sell to the market for other players to use.
